yeah, naz with ingle and without hand problems vs pep with a sprained ankle and pneumonia, would be a toss up.

 

when a boxers career comes loaded with built in excuses for geting spanked the first time he faced the truth, he couldnt have been that great. he was exciting, colorful and punched like a mule kick, but youre pitting him against a guy that would box circles around guys more skilled than naz. reflexes and power are great, atg skills are better.

 

I honestly don't think naz could land a single scoring shot on pep

 

he boxes differently because he was boxing different guys who allowed him to do what made him look good. when he boxed someone who pushed his face in a turnbuckle and asked him "whose your daddy", we saw what most people thought would happen when he fought the creme.

Pep would win easily because of his balance and stamina and ofcourse superior boxing skills. you do not win 229 fights 65 ko's because you are special lol

 

its not like people were saying that naz wouldnt be the same fighter without ingle, or he had lost his love for boxing, before he got schooled by marco. most neutrals were saying he would get outboxed by any master boxer in his prime. his unorthodox style is successful against lesser opponents just like others like him have been. it wasnt until after the inevitable happened that the predictable list of excuses started echoing from his fans. the whole episode was pretty predictable if youve watched enough boxing.
