i would agree to PPV if the card was loaded with good fights like in the UFC or the shows that sky used to put on years ago

    i have not kept up.
does this mean frank has given up on his itv contract ?

and sky previously told warren they were unhappy with the quality of opponents that warren was providing for his bills and cut back on his shows.

it would be good if sky forced warrens hand from now on if he is back with them, of course if 500k buy ppv SKY would allow warren to get away with mickey mouse in drag, happy with the earner.

i hope it bombs as PPV is a con for anything but mega events.

I don't understand why you guys are bullying Khan..

It is not only Khan going to be on PPV.

If you have issue with this, contact Frank Warren..

    Khan nut hugger

Were not bullying him. we just think that his next fight is not worthy of being on PPV

Everyone is in agreement that FW is the culprit here

Only superfights and well established fighters (Naz, Lewis, Tyson) should be on PPV. Hattons first PPV fight was vs Tzsyu. Its a crime doing this at the stage Kahn is atm. Could you imagine paying to watch Hatton vs Pendleton?

funnily enough, apart from reillys there hasn't been one anti-khan post in this thread.

just about how the show shouldn't be ppv, how warren is a **** and how sky are money grabbing bastids.

let me ask you ironbull...do you think this show deserves to be PPV?

ive been finding it hard to watch khan on itv never mind on ppv to put it bluntly ive only been watching to see the weak chinned rover driver get knocked out, if he was facing someone half decent it wouldnt be that bad { least there'd be a chance of a ko} but ppv for a none world or european title fight is laughable

I agree fully with the proposed statement by the good man who posted it.

Plain and simple Khan is fighting a guy who has a good record but only about 5 of his victims had winning records.

Nazi propoganda has nothing on Warrens Sports Network

Frank Warren stated Amir Khan is not ready for a world title fight, yet he is ready to be 'unleashed on a PPV show', that makes no sense at all. The card is really poor, Sky have had alot better shows on Friday fight night. If i was a promoter i would only put a show on like this if i owed someone a few million quid :D But i'm not so i wouldn't.

    yeah good point on alexander.

i was looking thru his record a few weeks back.

his opposition after winning the european title was pathetic.

why the hell was he put back on the journeyman circuit.

no wonder he lost motivation and his performances dipped.

    rubbish from sports network.

To be fair I don't think its a really poor card - just not PPV worthy.

Well, we all know the answer.

    Don't buy it.

Then they won't do it again.

Warren has sold his fighters to Sky on the basis that Khan can do PPV numbers. It's Warren's fault.

He's taking the **** out of the public, basically.

its actually Khan and Hattons fault for being on PPV, they charge so much for there fights to be on TV, sky would loose money unless its on PPV!
