    This is interesting thread.

    Louis KO5 Wills

Louis UD Greb- could see Greb causing lot of problems. Godoy gave issues to Louis first go around and Greb is way better. But I can see Louis over the course of the fight start to really wear on Greb who was much lighter and attacked unlike a Conn. Louis may hurt and finish him late maybe even trailing on the cards. But I think one way or another he pulls it out.

Prime Louis kos Greb. By Louis own words decades after that fight he was overtrained for his bout with Conn. At his best no middleweight could avoid a KO blow over 15 rounds with Louis.

Greb would probably make Louis look bad for as long as it lasted, and win most of the rounds. However, I think Louis would nail him eventually and once that happens it's all over.

Wills is a bit trickier to call. Big, awkward, savvy and experienced, he'd cause Louis different kinds of problems to Greb but again I think Louis eventually catches up to him, as he usually did. Louis by late KO.

    Louis KO's both quickly.

Greb was quick by all accounts but he wasn't a runner and if you're 5'9 and 170 odd pounds you don't beat Joe Louis by mixing it up with him.

Wills from the available footage was straight up and featured zero head movement and a decidedly old fashioned one punch at a time and clinch style. Not only isn't that style beating Louis I don't give it much chance against Dempsey either for what it's worth.

Greb was 5'8" and generally under 170lbs.
I agree with your assessment on all counts.

Louis would KO prime version of both men. Wills would go quickly, while Greb could avoid Joe for a while but you can run but can not hide against Louis

Joe was a creation not seen before or after in the world of heavyweight boxing

Funny, I mentioned Wills against Louis in the thread about Louis vs. Dempsey's foes. All I can say is that Wills fought some very tough men, sometimes quite a few times. His list of opponents is very impressive.

Both would give him a tough fight in completely different ways.

The fact that I pick Louis to prevail is merely because I think he is the greatest heavyweight ever.

I think he may be slightly overated.

Louis VS Greb looks like Louis VS Conn for me..

Louis VS Wills Louis Win. Wills it's not good enough to beat Louis.
    Louis Wins Late KO.
