I Disagree, I really think people are looking at the events surrounding the mosley fight and basicly sticking a fork in Margarito ever chance that they get, and yes he deserves it....

However he didnt cheat in the fight with Cotto, he got a bit lazy after that fight and celebrated that win a bit too much came into camp and had to take off 35 pounds in six weeks prior to the mosley fight, and lets not forget there were reports of eye surgery as well....

I honestly think Margarito got starched like that becuase he came into camp too heavy and basicly had to make weight..... when you crash diet to take off that much weight in only six weeks its not healthy for you....

I have to disagree. Marg got beat because he was Tailor made for Mosley. At all times Mosley knew were Marge would be. Right in front of him. Mosley with his incredible speed was able to land at will and then clinch to take a breather. People tend to forget Mosley eats brawlers alive but tends to struggle with boxers. A superior game plan plus a superior fighter = a blowout.

Margarito the best pressure fighter in Boxing? He's not even the best pressure fighter in his division, with or without cement gloves.

    Bingo.

What happens when you take a slow plodder with no defense and a decent chin and put him in with a fast-handed banger like Mosley? You get a sustained beating for however long it lasts... which isn't the full twelve. Mosley rattled shots off of that punching bag's chin until finally he crumbled.

Cotto likely simply outboxes Margarito without the cement gloves to a twelve round decision.

Remember: We've only seen Margarito fight once without loaded gloves, and it ended by way of brutal knockout in a fight where his slow-fisted punches had zero effect on his opponent.

I would pay to see the re-match too. IMHO, Cotto should avenge his lost and should beat Margarito is a brutal fashion to prove a point. The last thing we as boxing fans need is to be left with doubts about Cotto too like we did with Tito when the re-match with Oscar never happened. Cinco De Mayo is PR would be ****ing awesome....

Considering the fashion in how he lost, I don't think the weight was a big factor. Mosley fought a great fight and deserves all of the credit.

What makes you think he didn't cheat in the fight with Cotto? Get real. The suggestion that he played fair with the undefeated Cotto and yet cheated against a perceived-to-be-fading Mosley is ludicrous. It is absurd, and is a notion that needs to be thrown right out.

Mosley was revamped with Richardson in his corner. He fought the right gameplan and would beat Margarito every single time they fought. Margarito brings NOTHING to the table to trouble Mosley. Margarito is slow, lumbering, and Mosley just flat out holds every advantage he needs to level a serious beating on Margarito.

A: Nevada cleared Margarito of any wrong doing in that fight

B: Nevada has a commissioner in the dressing room until the fighter walks to the ring in which that commissioner follows him there..

C: Nevada supplies the gauze and tape......

D: I beleive he attempted this because their team knew he wasnt in the best of shape....
