Wright by decision. The time off won't help, but I agree he should take this.

Only because Winky is old and coming off a 2 year layoff, but a peak Winy takes care of Williams IMO.

    exactly...

were talking about winky in 2009
    not winky in 2004

just because some of you want to see pw fail... you guys should judge objectively.... not based on wanting to see someone lose

I favor Paul because Winky has been out for so long and he hasn't gotten any younger...I CAN SEE A DRAW HAPPENING THOUGH!:good Williams workrate will be the key factor...If Winky throws punches he wins..If he goes into his shell (which IMO is 1 of the best defense I've ever seen in the sport) than he loses!

I think P.Williams walks away with a tight UD or a SD...We're talking about a Winky who hasnt fought since he lost to B-hop...We dont know if he's lost a step or what..

And to add to the plot...Winky better get into better shape if he wants to keep up with the younger Williams.

He looks like he's put on some weight (just my opinion)

If this was some years ago..I would favor Winky, but given his inactivty, growing in age, and the improvement of Williams game...I give the edge to Williams.

Well, I'm pretty sure Winky was in some decent months ago, he was training for his fight against ____________, but that fell through due to his injury. But IDK if he stayed in shape or just rested again.

I'm gonna have to go rewatch Hopkins - Wright and decide how much it was B-Hop making Wink look bad as opposed to Wink just being bad.

Is the catchweight 160? If it is, that could take a ton out of Wink at this point.

Williams has just the style to beat winky, I expect he'll pull out a decision and winky will cry about it and say he was robbed and that he wants to fight Oscar because he wants to fight the best.

I think he is going to be in shape come fight time but my only problem is how much is he going to have left after he complete his training camp...I'm trying to look at from a neutral stance and I see that playing a role in this...He has to kill himself to make weight he might be in for a long night.

That was the same thing I was thinking. I guess we now know why he's been MIA.:good
