    I agree.

Go ahead Winy, stand in front of Pavlik with your hands up, see what happens.......

Kelly's toughest challenge under lt hvywt comes from Kessler or Calzaghe.

I agree he didn't but Soliman is a tough matchup for anyone. And i count that as more of an oppurtunity for Sam then For Winky.

Whether you like Winky or not this boring label you put on him is bull****. Yea, i guess his fights with Mosley, Tito, Taylor, Soliman, and Quartey just put you to sleep, huh? Mustve been all that running he was doing.

    Doubt it.

6 Winky jabs = 1 Pavlik power shot.

As we all know that's all Winky will bring to the table.A pitter patter jab and nothing else.

You know, I like Pavlik as much as the next guy (I'm from Ohio and visit Youngstown from time to time), but lately it seems that everyone's making him out to be a god. Don't get me wrong, Pavlik is a very good fighter and I think he'll make a hell of a MW champion, but I can see Winky troubling him, just because of his defense. I do agree with everyone that says that Pavlik hasn't had chance to duck anyone lol. I guess Winky's trying to get a few last big pay days before he retires or gets retired.

Winky: I wanna get knocked out too, give me a chance goddamit, stop ducking me.

Pavlik: Shut the **** up and stand in line.

Exactly, the Pavlik fans seem to think their boy is SRR  , when infact he's as one dimensional as it gets, anyone with a decent defense and a good jab WILL give Kelly problems, it's that simple, Winky would give him problems he's never faced before, he won't back off against the ropes like them fools Taylor and Miranda and then we'll see what Pavlik's got, all Pavlik counts on is his right hand and we all know Winky can take that away in his southpaw stance, i pray to god this fight happens and then the doubters will find out why Winky was top 3 p4p only a year ago.

those are challenges but one where he difinately losses is fighting Chad Dawson at 168 or a catch weight of 170.
I guarantee there will b a 1 in the L column for Pavlik.

And im glad to see winky coming back to a more confortabke weight. And if they were to fight im gonna root 4 the underdog in this one. Every1 thinks power is always gonna win a fight, He was in there with taylor who threw plenty power shots and he covered and blocked, deflected wateva u wanna say he did to them. While Pavlik is a big middleweight, with devastating powe and a reach advantage against wright. I kno all things point to wright losing. But I would oot for Wright just b/c no1 else is giving him a chance to win.

Pavlik would dwarf Wright (did you see how small he made JT look? And Jt is a big MW) Plus, Pavlik is one of the few MW who would force WW to go backwards. I think Wink's defense will keep him in the fight but I don't see him winning more than 5 rounds in a UD loss. I think B-Hop losses a UD too. Not because he doesn't have the skill to win, but because his workrate is too low these days. Kelly would win on workrate alone, although he would come out of the fight with a fat lip and a bloody nose while B-Hop looks "fresh as a daisy". I do see Calzaghe giving Pavlik fits though. Joe is fast, slippery, a southpaw, and has a super workrate & stamina: Calzaghe by lopsided UD.

Corrales "dwarfed" Floyd too, and had all the power and reach advantage but look what happened!!, Pavlik's defense is shocking to say the least so there's no doubt Winky will land shots and with him being better technically i can't see how people think he doesn't have a chance in this one, if Kelly's not ducking him then let's see the fight!!.

Standing right in front of the bigger man and harder puncher? Dont think so, that cover-up D may have been effective at 154 (where Wright has a significant size advantage over just about everyone), but Pavlik would blast Winky out in about 5.

Sorry to inform you, but WW is no Floyd Mayweather. And there is a much larger difference in size b/n WW and Pavlik than there was b/n Carrales and Floyd. Also, I didn't say Winky doesn't have a chance, but I just have a hard time seeing him winning more than 5 rounds although his defence will keep him in the fight.

Yeah, PBF has better footwork than WW. I think it'd be a good fight and I'd be pulling for Pavlik all the way, but Winky would trouble him. Pavlik's right could either come in very handy, or work against him in this fight.
