I have to agree with most of everybody here, Winky by UD. 154 is not Mayweather's weight. 147 is a different story, but Winky can't make 147.
I'm sorry, but PBF takes an ass kicking. The only person who ever beats PBF is someone with a strong Jab and good defense. And that be Winky. Besides PBf does not really belong at 154.
Winky easily, perhaps by shutout. Winky is exactly the type of fighter who could beat Floyd because he holds his gloves close to his face, and so Floyd's quick single pot shots would all be blocked, similar to how Oscar was blocking most of Floyds shots simply by holding his gaurd up high. The other major factor is the long southpaw jab. That's the real achilles heel for the shoulder roll defense Floyd employs.
Too close to call. Two or three years ago (when Floyd was calling Winky out), Winky. The Winky that beat Mosley (either time) would stop Floyd. He gave Mosley some free shots (a la Mayorga) and was unfazed. Shane has way more power than Floyd, so I don't t hink Floyd can do anything to Winky that keeps Winky off him. Both are very good defensively, but the size and power factor points to Winky by KO.
