Winky would dominate, dude. Much bigger man with the overall better technique. Winky is one guy who would have zero problems backing Manny Pacquiao up. Stick to making Manny Pacquiao fantasy matchups at 147 and below.

If Manny were the same size, it'd be a great fight. But, since he's small for a welterweight, and may lose to Margarito at light middleweight, maybe he would lose to one of the best light middleweights of the past 20 years.
