im not sure where the negotiations are at between miranda and kessler but miranda has extended his challenge to winky since they both don't have anyone to fight thoughts??
Kessler at this point from what I am hearing is at best 50/50. No way Winky takes this fight. He wont step into the ring without a huge paycheck against a big name.
My thought is that i'm so tired of people matching up Winky with SMW guys. He's not going to fight at anything above 160 ever again. He learned his lesson. So it's a moot point.
Miranda might just have the power to break Winky's indestructible chin. I would love to see this fight!
The Winky that took Trinidad to school would have done the exact thing and then some to Miranda. Even at supermiddle. Now I'm not so sure. Winky would most likely get a win today but it would be rough. He is getting older and hasn't been the most active fighter the last few years. His legs looked like they were in cement against Hopkins. Not all of that was from weight, Winky is getting older. He still has enough skill, experience, and intelligence to beat Miranda, but he'd be forced to fight hard through most of the fight, something his age and inactivity will play a factor in.
I agree. Two of my favourite fighters, but Pantera won't get anywhere near Wink. The fight has no chance of happening though. I can't think of any reason why Winky would take this fight.
