what are the advantages, disadvantages and technicalities of the stance?

goods things about it r it's hard to get hit, and if used right u can counter easily. bad things r it's harder to throw punches possibly, u still take punishment even if ur only getting hit in ur arms and shoulders.

when fighting somebody w/ this style of stance. the only time u should be standing right in front of them is if u r TOO far away for them to reach u OR if u r REAL close and smother their punches. i would personally try to smother the other persons punches by standing very close in w/ them and attack the body while throwing hooks and uppercuts to the head. OR u can dance around them and throw flurries to look for an opening. but honestly, ur best bet is to get in close and attack
