You so sure Miller would beat him? Remember Miller is a converted kickboxer himself, and not a particularly accomplished one. He's basically tailor made for someone like Ngannou to beat. Extremely slow, basic, hittable, not huge one punch power. He has a very good ability to absorb punishment, but if Ngannou's power is as it's claimed then that shouldn't matter. Dubois hurt Miller after all. HIs chin's not uncrackable.

Ngannou got knocked down by Joshua in the first round because he stupidly turned southpaw and then tried to parry Joshua's punch as if it were a kick aimed at waist height. The third knockdown (KO shot) was similar. Had he simply adopted a basic high guard he might have lasted a few rounds longer.

If he continues in boxing he just needs to drill in some basic stuff like keeping his hands up and boxing behind a jab instead of trying to catch or parry shots or switch hit, which are advanced techniques and require a ton of practice and experience to implement. Ngannou obviously has huge power and strength, and does have a decent chin, but he's trying to run before he can walk. Fighting something like a cruder version of Winky Wright, just walking opponents down with a permanent high guard then battering them on the inside might be a viable tactic for him. I rewatched the Fury fight and Ngannou isn't a terrible puncher by any means. His hands are surprisingly quick and accurate, and he seems to have a good knack for knowing when to attack. Being a top ten/fifteen HW isn't exactly a high bar at the moment and if Ngannou can just tweak a few things I don't see why he can't emulate what Miller or Kownacki or even Bakole could accomplish.

You’re drunk. Wilder would knock him out and put him on oxygen again.

Ngannou has a very poor defense so wilder would be able to deliver him a bomb on the chin , even with his own limited skills .

Putting him now against wilder means flushing ngannou,s name and health down the toilet .

I think AJ already showed Ngannou would be easy to set up with feints. Ngannou should fight journeymen in boxing and build his way up. I think he would still get decent paydays because of his name. He could take on Jake Paul if it's about money. Regardless he is a talented MMA fighter and should be doing that instead.

Yeah on paper Wilder KO everyone. He was even going to fight him on MMA, which was Wilder words, what happen ?
Wilder was going to KO Parker as well, and no one gives Parker any credit.
I'm sorry, but it's about time people on here stop giving credits to certain individuals before the fight actually happens.
There is a reason why Wilder ducked every live dog in the division.

Think with Ngannou is its really difficult to tell how he would fair against suggested opposition.
Fought well against Fury(how much of it was Fury poorly.prepared/took him lightly etc) and then got utterly dismantled by AJ, very quickly.

He could win some against the likes of Helenius, Chisora maybe. But you could see him losing against the rest of the top15, just as easily. He could end up headlining shows and being 0-5 due to the level he dropped in at!

Wouldn’t mind seeing Ngannau vs Joyce two big lumps with no defence

During Joyce’s last fight I thought my TV had switched to slo mo replay then realised this was Joe at top speed

Even when i was/am a big fan of ngannou we have to accept ngannou is done .

Nobody will give him another high pay blockbuster fight since nobody would buy the ppv , let alone the risks for his health if he faces lets say zhang .

Chisora, Dillian White, Wallin, Ruiz Jr, Kabayel, winner of Pulev vs Charr, Jarrel Miller.

These are the fights should be looking for. He has a legit chance of winning.

Nah, Joyce is way too good for Ngannou right now. He'd bludgeon and brutalise Ngannou and probably finish him for good, assuming the Josh KO didn't already do that. Although Joyce may also not be the same man he was before the Zhang fights. But if Joyce is anywhere near his best it's a mismatch.
