Winner of Stevenson/Kovalev...where on the P4P list?

I think Stevenson takes Kov but is still on the outside looking in. If Kov wins I say the same. It would take a win over bhop after for either to move in and be between 6-8 range

Like I said in another thread, I think Kovalev winning is better for boxing. Stevenson is old for a boxer at 36, and if he beats Kovalev, he'll more than likely retire afterwards. On the other hand, Kovalev is still relatively young at 30, and if he beats Stevenson, that will open up a lot of fight opportunities for him. Maybe he could fight the winner of Hopkins-Shumenov to determine the undisputed LHW champion. With wins over Pascal and Hopkins (assuming he beats Shumenov), I don't think anyone would doubt that he belongs in the top 5 P4P.

 

If Kovalev beats Stevenson by T/KO in Montreal, he should move up there. There are about as many people who hate Stevenson in QC than people who like him for his boxing... plus, Sergey looks just like Alex Kovalev's brother who was LOVED a few years ago when he played for the Habs. Easy sell.

After completely one sided wins over Dawson, Cloud and Bellew, Stevenson already makes my p4p top 10

 

Anywhere from 5-10 would be reasonable I think.
