Offers for winner takes all fights are a common tactic attracting publicity or trying to goad a champion into a fight but whens the last time a fight actually happened under these terms?

Evander Holyfield offered to fight Mike Tyson on a winner takes all basis.

Obviously Don King would never agree to such terms.

I knew it was common practice around and before the 1900s, I was wondering if anyone knew of a relatively recent case (say post WW2) where a winner takes all fight was offered and actually went ahead under those terms rather than the offer just being part of the pre-fight **** talking.
