I've always used Ringside. Quality product and has lasted very long but I'm in the market for some new gloves.

Winning USA seems to be a favorite amongst pro's training for fights.

I checked out their site and the are selling their gloves for around 200-300 bucks.

Whoa, are they really that good??? what makes em so expensive?

They are good (many consider them the best) and they've always been expensive and now even more so due to the Yen-to-Dollar exchange rate.

This should have been posted in the training section I believe.

I've never used them, so I can't attest to their quality. Apparently, you get what you pay for. Many guys like them.

I stick to bag workouts and use Everlast wraps and gloves.

fighting is a branch of title. winning is their own company. alot of people claim fighting is the poor mans winning. i have an order on the way for a pair of 12oz tri tech bag gloves from fighting sports. ive never actually heard what makes winning better, i just constantly hear they are the best

Here is my take on winning gloves. If you have the money and you want the best of the best then buy them. They are so expensive because they padded well, use a super high quality leather, and the stitching is top of the line. However, if you own a pair of grants or cleto or even a nice pair of some other brand like ringside and you like them...no need to really step up. You will be disappointed. They are not that much greater than those brands I just mentioned. I bought mine thinking I was going to be getting the greatest pair of gloves I ever owned, and that a bright light would shine when I opened the package. What I got was a glove one step up from my ringside IMF Tech's and slightly comparable to Grant and Cleto in terms of leather quality. I will tell you now the owner of the company is a great guy, and keeps you informed of your order every step of the way. You will not have to return them more than likely cause they don't fit. If I could go back and do it again I would still have bought mine. They epitomize class.

Do you have any knowledge of the Winning head gear, specifically the F-G 2900? That you, or anyone knows of, is there another headgear that compares to the F-G 2900?

I have to disagree. He may be a great guy but the latter isn't true in my experience and I've also heard the same from other guys.
