Growing up boxing, I have always used Grant. I trained with Grant and competed with Grant. Just recently, I visited Winning in Redondo Beach. It is the best equipment I have ever used in my life! I will be opening my own gym pretty soon, and when I do, the only equipment in it will be Winning.

LOL, yes, along with being the best, Winning is the most expensive boxing equipment money can buy as well. What can I say? You get what you pay for.

Everlast = Not the same company it used to be, cheap, trying to crossover to that cage fighting junk

Twins = Muay Thai headgear, also for cage fighting, never used it in my life

u sound like a Muay Thai fighter or something?

Have tried and owned a few different 'name' brand gloves. At present my old Everlasts are still my favourites, but I've got a new pair of Cleto Reyes just waiting for some work. Because they are quite different in shape etc I'm going to run them in slowly.

Hadn't heard of Winning brand gloves until recently. Found an article on-line that might be of interest - but really it's only one guy's opininion:

Isn't Fighting made by the same company as Winning?

Twins is for muay thai, which is not in a cage. Check out a K1-max tournament some time, I doubt you'll be disappointed, those guys have skills.

Fighting is designed by Title and made in China. The logo looks like Winning but has nothing to do with Winning.

Their ads sure make it look like they do.

I like Reyes myself, always have. And Everlast makes some good **** for the amateurs.

I think I've finally accepted that I'm a Grant man...
Been using 2 pairs of Shevlin custom gloves & 1 pair of Kings (muay thai) and I miss my Grants more and more each week.
Reyes don't fit me well - too wide.

They can be wide, that's for sure. I've not had a chance to use Grant though, they look really good. Everlast's new stuff looks really good; and I like their competition gloves.

Honestly i have never liked Everlast they dont feel comfortable. Grant is really one of the best and the ones i have used the most but my cousin gave me a pair of Winning gloves for my birthday and i have to say they are top class. No wonder they are expensive. Winning and Grant are the best IMO.

See, I worry about competition gloves, and Grant's amateur comp. gloves aren't the best. The closure system on them sucks.
