Who here hasn't resisted all the eating involved and is now ridiculously over their fighting weight? I know I have! I am a very disciplined guy, but I decided to visit my family for the first time in a really long time, and being Russian, all this stuff involves a very large amount of eating/drinking. Unfortunatly, it was really just unavoidable. I kept training very hard, but even that wasn't suficient to compensate. The amount of weight cutting I will have to do very quickly scares me... but it's just got to be done! :scaredas:

I ate and generally had a good time and lifted and I'm still making 165 easy! :D

Luckily, because I was still lifting and running over the break I put the weight on in a good way.

A few days I am not sure what happened to me. As my friends were binge drinking I was binge eating. One night I had 12 large cookies. I was so disgusted by my actions I took exlax in the morning. That stuff sucks big time. My stomach hurt and it only marginally cleaned my system.

Happens to most people (that are honest) its xmas for godsake. Whats happened has happened look forward thats what im doing. I didnt keep any of my work out up over the last couple weeks except a bit of roadwork and swimming, but i dont over eat junk cos i dont really like it (sweets and **** i mean, pizza is my weakness though) and at most iv prob gained 1-2 pounds. Lucky i guess easy enough to shift , and im no competing boxer so im a work in progress anyways lol:good

So for every shot they took, you shoved a cookie in your mouth? You do realize you probably would have put on less weight drinking strong spirits than by eating cookies . BTW, what is exlax?

I thought i was bad, I am 3kg over and fighting at the end of the month comes off easy though just need to sort my diet out.. no big meals, lots of water, vegetables and less carbs seems to do the trick

when it's holidays i have more time to train, instead of training two hours i do some pushups and situps and pull ups extra when i wake up and do some extra shadowboxing, so actually i lost one kg :p , not that i need to lose weight, i'm at perfect weight
