Rungvisai does a very good job of ducking under the left jab of Diaz, and then digging a left hand to the body. At times he continues with a combination off of that and lands a shot to the head. Diaz really needs to adjust to that. Rungvisai lands a big left hand with 20 seconds left that looked like it rocked Diaz. He makes it out of the round but Diaz taking some heavy shots.

 

That's what I thought too, but it really doesn't seem to have slowed him down at all. His adrenaline might pull him through. He'll be pissing blood tomorrow though no doubt.

 

He needs to go for the head more, Diaz's body is as broken down as it's gonna be. Rungvisai keeps falling off balance.

7-Srisaket coming out looking like he's had enough play time and is wanting to go home, Diaz is hurt, Srisaket is pressing the action and ripping the body, switching to the head, big shots from the Thai, Diaz is on the retreat, clean lefts landing on Diaz, Diaz is surviving and trying to fight back but it's futile, Srisaket is in dead killer mode and there's nothing Diaz can do to slow him, a hard left on the chin, Srisaket goes on the hunt again

The body assault continues and Rungvisai smells blood. Diaz wilting and Rungvisai turning up the pressure as he shifts gears. Diaz makes it through the storm, but Rungvisai starts up again with 1 minute left. Diaz trying to keep him off with the jab and Rungvisai lets him get out of the round.

 

Diaz is like Rocky in Rocky 1, he just wants to go the distance with the champ. But man is he getting pounded.
