All you have to do is watch the video of the knockout. He trips and falls into the punch. To deny it is to deny reality. To deny it is as ludicrous as denying KO6.

The knockout will never be truly revered in terms of great KOs like Hearns-Duran and Martinez-Williams because it is not aesthetically pleasing. The reason it is not aesthetically pleasing is because Manny awkwardly tripped over Marquez's foot and was caught flush while falling. A lucky punch is never truly appreciated in the annals of boxing.
