    Good thing or bad?

Sounds like a silly question, but how much can you learn by beating journeymen compared to really honing your technique and craft in the gym?

I remember Larry Holmes said something similar on Ringside and it got me thinking...

Think price has a punchers chance but realistically Joshua will drop him in the first 4 rounds and Prices tank will be completely empty

Who has said that Joshua isn't doing that in the gym as well?

True, but the turnaround in terms of him fighting is quick.

How much can you learn in 4 weeks as opposed to 4 months?

He's getting good sparring, knocking off a few tomato cans, earning money, increasing his reputation and then is back in the gym. No issue whatsoever for me.

Its time for the step up now.

Hes beaten 11 no hopers. I actually thought at least Gavern tried to land a couple of shots. So kingpin up next and we should at least see AJ get out of fist gear. At the mo he's just walking guys down 0 head movement. Jab which doesn't matter if misses. Right hand (which he was posing with on Saturday) and left hook...rinse repeat KO.

At least he has got his early fight out the way quickly but

IM open to him being less active and stepping up the competition.

He is taking the same route as the likes of Lewis, he will be in with cans for a while yet. No rush. He turned pro October 2013 and had a 5 month injury layoff.

I am not saying he is the second coming or being a fanboy but that is how it works. All this stepping up nonsense he is an 11 fight novice. Wilder fought cans then went 12 with Stiverne.

But Lewis did win the Euro title in just his 14th fight.

Fair enough, so might Joshua, lets see what happens after kingpin. Is Joshua being busier than Lewis?

I just dont know why punters are getting into a tizzy over his match ups, we will soon see how good he is or not, lets just enjoy the ride.

Do people on here actually enjoy boxing or are they forced to watch?
Many seem to be in a permanent rage because the equivalent of Barrera V Morales is not on twice a weekend. That and the racism and trolling.

Nothing wrong with him beating a few journeyman at this point on his career AS LONG as he's getting class sparring regularly.
