    Exactly.

Not that his chin was bad but his approach may have been different if he had say, Holyfield’s gung-ho attitude.

Thus you get a different fighter than what you started with. And I’m more than happy with the Lennox we got, who is undeniably an all-time great heavyweight.

chin has a lot to do with concentration and making a mistake.

Imagine if Tyson had the mental fortitude of a Soldier Bartfield?

His chin was not that bad at all. The McCall fight was prematurely stopped in my opinion and that Rahman punch would probably have knocked out most top heavyweights.

hes such a big guy, it would be less feasible for him to have a really absolute granite chin.

but he had a good chin, no doubt.

I think Lewis would've liked to have Holy's chin.
Here's where 40 y.o. Holyfield eats Rahman's big counter right hand right to the chin. Holy ate it with no signs of being even stunned a bit (check at 22:40):

On the other hand, Holy certainly would've liked to have Lennox's power and size :)

The punch Lewis took had a lot more wind up and momentum. It came from the top of Rahman's thigh/hip area. He got everything on it. I'm not saying Holyfield couldn't take it but it was significantly sweeter than this shot.

The punch had less leverage than Lewis KO, but it landed right on Holyfield's jaw, and it was counterpunch, so it's amazing how Holy took it without any visible damage.

Sorry didn't stop Holyfield twice in a row. The Mccall punch didn't knock out Holmes even though Holmes wasn't even looking at him.

Tyson had an BMI of 30 (near obesity), which would be 260 pounds for Tyson beeing 6'5".

I´m still not sure if a person like that would have the same proportions of a Tyson at 5'11". I would have valued a 6'5" fighter with Tysons proportions even heavier....

I always said that Tyson is the most muscular heavyweight I've seen. 220lbs at 5'10 with abs is huge.
Surely the guy was on roids.

No, Lewis never learned to fight inside or handle a rough fight. He looked ordinary when he got in there with guys who pushed him. He did great disguising his short coming by holding and leaning on the head of guys on the inside, which was cheating in my opinon, but he got away with it.
