Let's see lets put a guy in there with Wlad that has no stamina, no heart, no Chin, asthma etc. Yeah, that sounds real good. :rofl:patsch

Chambers isn't easy to look good against. Also, remember that he hasn't had many pro fights and is moving along VERY fast. With only 16 pro fights having already beat Larry Donald, Chris Chambers, and Chris Byrd. Also remember that he has a gold medal so clearly the technical boxing skills are there. He is just sort of being tossed right into the fire and still finding a way to win every time out. He has shown that he can take a really good shot and he mixes his punches up very well.

I really don't see him as a threat to the Wlad to be honest. I don't think that he stylistically matches up well against Wlad. However I think that his styles is an absolute nightmare for David Haye.

Complete waste of time, Briggs hasn't even done anything to deserve a shot like that. I would honestly support a rematch with Rahman than a fight with Briggs.

Thanks buddy. Im sure I will see plenty of him when we go to camp for his fight... we play all the other guys fights all day long on the TV's in the gym... after 49 days, even I know the guys moves, strengths, and weaknesses:yep

The plan against him would be pretty simple for Wlad. Basically keep moving/circling, and keeping Povetkin off balance with his jab. Wlad will actually be able to open up his offense sooner than normal because Povetkin does allow himself to eat shots that he really shouldn't be taking. His good chin has held up against the lesser boxers (than Wlad), but when he eats Wladimir's shots it will be a different story. Povetkin is definitely a tenacious fighter but his style is just all wrong for fighting against Klitschko. Though with his great amateur backround I would think that he could change his spots for a fight as well.

From what I have seen in the chambers fight, I think you are right on with the game plan. Its a BED style match for Povetkin... I still wonder IF the fight with Povetkin will happen... it seems to be on track... but I wonder if team Povetkin realize he might not be ready for that level yet

Dimitrenko is a better opponent than Briggs but Briggs would do if there was no one else left to fight.
