I fancy Burnett to win it. He likes to have a scrap and that could be problematic for Inoue. But as we saw today, Inoue showed he is patient, he kept out of range of McDonnell and struck at the perfect moment. I do still have a doubt in the back of my head with Inoue, and I'm not entirely sure why. Think Burnett edges a close decision.

Never in a million years. Burnett is too easy to hit. Inoue has just taken out a fighter that went in the ring at apparently 144lbs. One clean shot ends Burnett. Burnett ducked Rodriguez ffs. Tete with his length and range and well more pop than McDonnell would be the only guy with a chance.

Watch his fights. Partially blocked punches rattle his opponents.

Absolutely. You've got a hard hitting boxer with massive height and reach advantages against an absolute savage with game changing power and skill to boot. If these two make it to the final it'll be a sight to behold. Kalle is smart so I'm guessing he'll put Burnett and Tete on one side of the draw and Inoue on the other.

I'm gonna say right now that this Bantam tourney could be even better than the CW. Thank **** for the WBSS!

WBO Champion Luqmaan Prince Patel, IF they let him enter. Prince Patel is the real life Liu Kang

4 world champions from 4 different continents going into the bantamweight WBSS. The tournament living up to its name there.

*I know Inoue only has the WBA 'regular' title but when you look at his career I have no qualms about calling him a world champion with regards to this tournament. And there's more than a decent chance he'll have all the belts at the end of the tournament anyway.

Tete will beat Inoue, as he holds all the aces over him stylistically.

Mostly everyone, especially U.S fans, will side with Inoue. Why? Because he’s, well, Inoue, the unbeaten guy from Japan who has fought on HBO.

But he’s outgunned against Tete. It’s a horrible match up for Inoue. Much shorter, aggressive, going up against a much taller fighter who is brilliant at keeping his range, has quick hands and incredible power himself. Tete also has superb balance and positioning.

Tete fights as if he’s 5ft 9, unlike some other tall fighters. He glides in and out of range effortlessly, and will keep Inoue where he wants him.

I’m not even selling Inoue short here. I know he’s damn awesome.

Um, the same guy that everybody picked before he KO1'd McDonnell today...?

Great tournament, but even more so than Usyk with the cruisers, there is a clear favorite.

Would really love to see Ryan Burnett win it but I just can't see it being anyone but Inoue.

Inoue v Burnett is certainly a fight I'd get excited for though!

its shaping up to be a strong era in boxing. i dont know how long its been since ive felt there were this many special fighters contending for top p4p status... and ive been around the block a few times.
im not as familiar with inoue and tete as many posters here, but it sounds like a fight i should get excited about. the little ive seen so far of inoue, is enough to see his exceptional talent. i will have to do a couple of fight studies to pick a winner.
