the 2 fights of marquez-pac were closed fights, too close to call but at the end of the day pac won but still left some questions to be answered. Mayweather would be the one to answer those questions:good

Pacman is Lb for Lb ...Pac destroyed Mayweather's last two opponents and he beat better comp at the lower weight classes. Pacman is Lb for Lb the CHAMP....Mayweather is in the top 10

Mayweather took himself out of the picture. Pacquiao took over the P4P mantle. Floyd has to win it back.

This shouldn't even be debatable, besides that it provides a bit entertainment.... Retired or not (Mayweather), PAC would still be #1. He's won more titles in more weights (divisions), hence the POUND FOR POUND name... What's more, even if he'd lose to Mayweather above 140 you could still argue PAC is better p4p... The only way FM regains that title is beating PAC @140.... inviting smaller guys to come up to 147 and beating them doesn't make a case... you wanna fight @147, then fight the real comp over there which is plenty, or just shut up .....OR RETIRE! :yep
