Have Manny Pacquiao and Sergio Martinez tested extensively for HGH and EPO?

I thought OSDT caught EPO already, considering how big it is with the runners and cylclists. In my strictly a guess opinion, I always thought EPO to the be most likely PED (if any) for Pac; the dude never gets tired.+

HGH shouldn't be a big problem at welterweight. Actually, anything lower than cruiser it is generally counterproductive from what I understand.

As far as PED use.....Bottom line: In a Sport where Athletes are at high risk with their health, brutally beating the crap out of one another...where Bigger, Stronger, Faster and more endurance with certain products can help make a difference...It is absurd to argue against the Best, most up to date, Testing.

Everybody should be on the list for "possible" testing at any time during the year and randomly....blood, urine, and hair. And not just for the course of training camp. YEAR ROUND.

Now what would determine who gets tested more often? Money obviously. It's expensive. But if you are getting paid big bucks, that's a cost of doing business, And you might be able to right it off anyway.
