No matter what I think of Mayweather as a person or how he fights, I think I am with him on this one, Both Floyd and Manny have a right to know that both men are clean going in a fight this big with this kind of money and a career defining moment I think the testing is not a bad idea, how many fights have we seen only to be let down with the fighter testing positive for roids? Vargas vs DLH Mosley vs DLH in recent BIG fights. Then we thought Toney would save the divison atleast from John Ruiz and though he did enough to get the win it was **** on by his steriod use. a fight this big does NOT and Should not have an out come like this days after the fight, there is a reason Manny isnt willing to test, weather its cus he is hiding something or he doesnt really want the fight I dont know, I will give him the benifit of the doubt and say he is hiding something... Or should I say they dont want Mayweather:think
wrong mayweather doesnt make the rules why start this new rule now? whats wrong with 5 days b4 the fight? mayweather is a *****
The level this fight is on, the biggest in the history I think the fans and both fighters have a right to know that neither guy is taking short cuts, again Floyd also will be tested to, so its not as if its only Manny.
Twisting the argument a little bit there, eh? Now it matters before the fight? Geez. All people or Mayweathers want to know is if Pac is on roids or not. Testing few days before the fight is irrelevant since you can achieve the same thing days before and right after the fight.
Many people thought Holyfield took roids in the past despite him never failing a drug test and none of his opponents demanded that he took some random blood tests, this only happens now with Pac cause hes going up against a family of scumbags that think they're(fraud) the only ones who can be good without having to cheat.they sure didnt make the same demands to some of the scrubs they fought in the past and probably will never do it in the future so why should Pac grant these jealous bitches they're wish? Im in favor of Pac being tested but only if its demanded by the comission and not cause a bitter old man that happens to be a former crackhead decided to start a rumor about him.
Mayweather doesn't make the rules? You're right, he gets told what ring size and glove size he has to fight with and then that if he comes in a pound over it costs him $10million. It's less than teaspoon of blood.. makes it fair as said in the OP. I have never really liked Floyd but he is right in his instance.
urine picks up most steroids HGH really needs a bone marrow inspection unless caught immediately A boxer getting his private company likethis s ludicrous Lets follow pro boxing rules this is not the olympics I am sure Pac can knock out another welterweight that Fraud has avoided , perhaps mosley or margareto ??
i'm also with may here....i mean, he agreed to the stupid term by pac (10 mill for every pound) even though it has nothing to do with a fighters health, yet manny can't agree on something that is actually good for the sport.....
And lets not get into who makes the rules, Lately Manny has had it his way with Catch weights etc... and now it seems he will get an addition 10 Million for each pound over the limit. Floyd requesting the testing to be done this way is not a crazy idea in fact as a fan I would like to know when the fight is over no matter who wins, that both guys did it the right way. in other words I care about the sport not about who is fighting.
How is this good for the sport if it only happens in one fight? that 10 milion for every pound came up cause of the bull**** that fraud pulled against JMM,if it was a small fine who's to say he wouldnt pull the same stunt again and have Golden Boy pay the fine for him once again.
Blade its good for the sport because this is the biggest fight in the history of the sport its going to be years before another fight like this comes along.
Something is up here. People's bias is clouding their vision. Mayweather haters, Pacquiao fans, whatever. Use your common sense and try to say something isn't fishy with this. Why say no to random testing? It's only good for boxing. If it was to do with PBF making impossible demands Manny would just simply tell PBF to ''**** off'. But the ''superstition'' and ''dislikes needles'' excuse is utter bull****.
