With Pac retired and Floyd on his way out, why did this fight not happen, Really!?

    He's on record saying DLH-Mayweather wouldn't be worth his time and effort because he wouldn't control the promotion. He wanted Mayweather to re-sign and fight Margarito, Cotto and Hatton, instead of facing DLH.

    I think he likes controlling the promotion and the fighters, I'm not sure he has a grudge as such or not. He worked with Golden Boy up until their spat but maybe that was just because he had more in-house fights he could make.

    Yeah, he announced his retirement about 5 weeks ago. On April 1st.

    Even if it does happen after Rios..its a little to late, it would not be a good fight, Id rather watch paint dry..
