I'm glad u say that Mugabi would stop Hearns, cuz I think it's obvious, but everyone says Hearns would beat him it seems like.

    He destroyed low level fighters.

Again, he never had one top level win in his entire career.

He did nothing to be favoured over a technician like Mike.

Mike fought lots of great fighters. Great fighters even when he was past his best and 4 weight classes higher than where he started out.

Nobody ever came close to knocking him out.

Duran stopping Mike is based on nothing.

Look at how they’d have matched up stylistically.

    Look at their attributes.

    Look at their sizes.

It would have been a technical boxing match.

Sugar ray Leonard, Virgil Hill at lhw because McCallum was washed at this weight, Duran could but I would favour McCallum, Benitez but I would make it 50/50

a long list of fairly good fighters:
    Doug Demmings
    Eddie Gazo
    Curtis Parker
    James Green
    Frank Fletcher
    Earl Hargrove
    Rene Jacquot

All fair fighters at one time or another. Gazo was a champion. Parker, Green, and Fletcher were all top contenders at one time. However, I think Mugabi would defeat Hearns by advantage in style.

That list is extremely uninspiring. I think Hearns would get him out of there fast. Hearns KO1 or 2.

Beating 10 B level fighters consistently is really about as good as beating 1 A level fighter. Effective activity like Mugabi's was right to be rewarded.

No, it's not. Certainly not in proving you can beat an A level fighter. Hundreds have been the scourge of B level fighters yet got exposed when the level of opposition rose. Mugabi was (exposed) too IMO in spite of his great one off showing against a tired Hagler. James Green of all people was a whisker of having him out of there.

Can't agree. So you think only people who were certain to beat Hagler should get to fight him? that makes no since, but that seems to be what you're implying.
