Could Joshua of the Ruiz disaster get through and beat Witherspoon of the Bruno fight ?
I'm leaning towards Terrible myself but Spoon wasn't in the greatest shape , still he got Frank out of there ..

Joshua of the Ruiz fight gets blasted out by Witherspoon in 2 or 3 rounds. For the full 10 count.

The "Terrible One" would have a field day on him, exposing any weakness big style, before stopping him around the 9th.

If Witherspoon got Bruno out of there then he can get AJ out of there too.

Watch the first round of these fights and decide for yourselves

If Joshua dropped his left and circled into Witherspoon's right hand all night like in the Ruiz fight, he'd lose.

If he put together a safety first gameplan, he might pull it off.

I can envision Tim throwing that looping overhand right and there's AJ, standing straight as a lamppost catching in flush . He rises only to get KO'ed

Even near exhaustion himself, Witherspoon still found a hard punch in the 11th round against Bruno just around the time Joshua looked so uncomfortable against the harmless Takam. Safety first or not Joshua gets tired late on.

Well I never bought that much into Witherspoon.

Do not see him winning this. On the contrary--one of those half assed effortsof his where he takes zero risks after eating a good punch and is content to last the distance.

I just see that looping righthand smashing into AJ and AJ just crumbling.

Witherspoon should be favored to take him out. Hard hitter, solid defense, has shown ability to hang with other hard punchers who are big, and he's willing to throw an educated haymaker or two during the fight. Meanwhile Joshua is there to be hit, a bit robotic, so far has shown a chin that can be cracked, and still has questionable survival skills.
