Without laughing can anyone here honestly argue that Wlad would beat a prime Tyson?

I do think today's Wlad would make it very hard for Tyson.

Tyson in his prime will probably destroy Wlad from Brewster/Sanders

Wlad improve his style, but he has still no idea how to defend.So I think the Beast as Tyson wil KO Wlad in middle rounds

Against Tyson i rate way higher Vitali then Wlad

 

Yesterday confirmed a prime Tyson would destroy Wlad. No way you could paw at Tyson for 12 rounds and live. Tyson is gonna get inside and he's gonna do damage. Wlad would have to let hs hands go.

 

Id like to counter that by saying prime ali beats ANY VERSION of tyson you care to mention, and makes him look foolish to boot

 

Tyson at his best would destroy Wlad, pretty quickly too.

 

It would probably be a KO or UD for Tyson. Let's remember than prime Tyson could probably beat everyone in history except 4-6 heavyweights like Ali, Holyfield, Louis.

However, in terms of accomplishments, Wlad's already close to Tyson: dominating a mediocre division for many years (5 each, but Wlad was also beltholder in 2000-2003).

 

Prime Tyson. Fast, powerful, mean and hungry. I can't see Wlad winning this one. No argument from me will be forth coming.

Tyson would win the fight before it even started. Wlad's not Vitali, he can be intimidated and melt during tough fights. Sam Peter has already showed that if you have power and aggression, but lack overall boxing skill. You still can beat Wlad, or at least make him panic and hit the canvas several times. Tyson was all that, and extremely skilled as well.

Tyson was on a whole nother level in the late 80's. His style is all wrong for Wlad, and Tyson would expose Wlad's weak chin and lack of heart when the going gets tough.

I think Wlad would probably beat swarmers like Frazier and boxer-punchers like Liston...But he would lose to others like Tyson or to a slugger like young Foreman.
