Without laughing can anyone here honestly argue that Wlad would beat a prime Tyson?

Was Lewis's chin was that much better? I mean he was Ko'd twice. Out cold. Wlad doesnt have a granite chin nor did Lewis. Both have/had average chin at best.

P4P no way, but Vlad is so much bigger that Mike would have a very hard time. But I would give the edge to Mike probably.

Hold up. Its time for a reality check. Wlad got KTFO by Corrie Sanders!

Mike Tyson had quicker hand speed and footwork, a better ring general and was a master at slipping punches.

Wlad wouldn't last 5 rounds. It would happen just like this:

Rnd 1 Wlad works the jab to establish distance. Tyson eats a couple, and walks through them.

Rnd 2 Wlad comes out working the jab, trying keep the distance. Tyson slips a Wlad jab, left upper cut, left hook, right hand. Wlad slobbering on the canvas.

Hey I enjoyed the early Mike Tyson. He had a great run against decent opposition, but other than ATG light-heavy Spinks, his competition only allows speculation of what might have been, somwhere between all time great or underachiever. Additional speculation is required when one considers he lost his positive influences (trainers etc) for the Douglas fight, and even more speculation must be added for his stint in the big house. Like Sonny Liston before him, Tyson's career is what it is, no excuses or fantasy accolades of what might have been.

Wlad's career is similar in that his competition is less than a list of ATG's. However, he's shown that he can fall very far from the top, and come back one fight @ a time and become a better & better fighter and a long regning champ. That shows conviciton to himself and his craft. Since he got through the Peter bought, he's ramped up his game (not the most pleasing game yet very effective) and made every opponent look less than ordinary. So, similarly to Floyd Mayweather, he makes his competition look so bad that they are considered weak opposition. Tell me, who should Wlad fight to proove himself now?

Tyson can whup Superman, Spiderman, Batman and Godzilla all at the same time! With one hand tied behind his back! Blindfolded!

But not Buster Douglas, Evander Holyfield, Lennox Lewis, Danny Williams and Kevin Make me your bride...

I see that Punisher is still living in an altered reality. I thought of him after I watched Shutter Island.

Styles make fights and Vitali or Vlad would have knocked Tyson out. He would also have knocked Bowe out and I was in Bowe's camp years ago. Golota beat Bowe up, ended his career. Eddie Futch was so angry with Bowe he die not train him in the rematch!

Utter nonsense...There's no way that Wlad could keep '86-'88 Tyson off of him. That version of Tyson was too elusive and explosive to allow Wlad to measure or land that all important jab.

This. Tyson in his prime had a hell of a time with smaller and lesser fighters than Klitschko.

Klitschko has got up off the canvas everytime he has been knocked down, can't say the same for Lennox.
