If the DLH-Hatton fight happens I will be very pissed off. Just a money spinner to see the bigger man KO the smaller man.

The British general public would lap it up though as most of them would see it as a competitive fight.

If it happened, though I could see Hatton with a new trainer if he wanted the fight. Billy Graham has said on more than one occasion he wouldn't train Hatton at 147 again.

Like what I said . . . Hatton can forget about 147 and just unify at 140.

This fight should happen . . . now.

Hatton should go for the cash first, that means a fight against Oscar De La Hoya at wembley. Witter can wait, if Hatton wins it will only push his star power and get him back in P4P rankings. If he loses, so what, take the 20 mil you'll be earning for the fight and go back down to lightwelter and fight witter. Win win if he takes the de la hoya route. sometimes you gotta be a lil money may from time to time.

I doubt Oscar hits twice as hard, he is definitely the harder puncher with that savage left but it wouldnt be leaps and bounds. And in the opposite direction you gotta take into account his speed is on the decline. Hatton would have a great shot, and who cares if he loses? He would have lost to Floyd and Oscar, he can unify anytime he wants. He's not even 30 yet. Take the big paydays and the big fights first, then he can handle his business at lightwelter, witter aint going anywhere.

Hatton has to fight Witter. There is NO justification not to.

The Witter fights always going to be there for Hatton. Witter wants a piece of Hattons hard earned kudos.

Hatton could lose elsewhere and the Witter fight would be a great final comeback if need be.

It would be nice to see Ricky clean up the division though if he could.

He would get abused by Oscar. He should not take it as his next fight.

at what weight would hatton dlh be.

can oscar still get down to 147...no way can he make 140

Not that he can beat oscar (who we saw against mayweather is finished), but if he did, does that get him back into p4p rankings. Oscar isnt in these lists himself anymore.

Witter wont happen although it should because Hatton hates him, and is scared of his style. Its all very well being beaten by some top yanks, but from some guy from bradford.

How do you figure? He had alot more success against Floyd then Oscar did, he atleast made Floyd work for it.

20 million dollars. Easy money. Fight witter whenever. Get the payday first.

Witter needs to get his act sorted out. When is he going to do what Ricky did and make himself a name in the states. It has been months since his great victory over Harris but why isn't there talk of a future fight...come on Junior.

I like hatton and i think he should take this fight. It would be massive in britain. And i think maybe he should come down a little bit from his high horse and for now concentrate on getting back into the game. Yes witter isnt a big american name but hes a big ****ing challenge. Defeat witter and then worry about more names in america. I say defeat witter but no where near certain witter has all the skills and the style to beat hatton, however if hatton can get his tenacity and determination back after his defeat then he should win.
