Hatton is currently the best fighter at 140lbs, Witter is the number 1 contender at 140lbs not the number 1 fighter and don't forget that, Witter and Malignaggi have lost to their best opponents, Hatton has yet to lose.

 

witter needs to take out gavn rees or malignaggi next..no way is hatton going to fight witter. and I think witter is right about hatton he won't be in any condition to fight after floyd gets through with him.
