    Harris was shot? how?

Hatton got battered and knocked out by PBF. His best wins are against shot Castillo, past in Tszyu, Tackie, Magee, old Phillips. Most felt he lost to Collazo, a guy whose true level has since been exposed...and it ain't pretty.

Witter got beat on points by Judah when he was a novice on a weeks notice. He's beat Corley, Kotelnik, N'Dou, Harris.

like I said.....ignore the hype, merketing, fanbase etc and in all honesty there isn't all that much between them in terms of resume.

Ricky Hatton is a bottle job.

A dead Tszyu is better than anyone Witter beat. Corley's an elite? please...At least his win against Collazo was in a class where he is clearly out of his league and that's welterweight. Keep buying the Witter hype and hating on Hatton...All of a sudden Witter's a Shoe-in for the Hall.

If hatton just doesn't want to give witter a spotlight............then fight him, tear him a new one, and humiliate him to make him vanish.

He is the number 2 super lightweight and a match would be a unification with a bitter rival.......that sounds like it'll sell to me.

Witter now thinks he's in line for a fight with Floyd:lol:

Witter is 34 yrs old, fights 1-3 times a year against tomato cans and he expects the world to come to him. Hey Junior, winners go out there and take whats theirs they don't sit around doing **** all whinying to anyone that will listen to them about it. I mean every two days their is a Hatton is ducking me story in the news, the story should be witter is ducking everybody else. I've looked at the division and there are plenty of capable fighters that Witter could fight to make himself credable. A win over one of Holt, Torres, or Ngoudjo would make him legit in everyone's eyes and if he wants a shot a the big time he needs to be a legit fighter, otherwise the risk reward isn't great enough. So junior get off your ass and make a decent fight.:deal

I didn't say that. Try again. The point is that publically disrespecting a fighter as a way to try and get yourself into his spotlight is trashy, and if I was Hatton I sure as hell wouldn't let him get his way and reap rewards for his pathetic actions over the years. If he wanted to fight Hatton, he should be out there fighting all of the best fighters in the world, and making his own path to greatness and popularity... not just sitting on his ass beating B-D and D level fighters while publically trashing someone who is out there creating a huge fan base on his own accord is just pathetic.

If Witter wanted to put himself in the #1 spot, he would fight all of the other best guys in the world, rather than fighting gatekeepers and trash talking his way into a fight against Hatton... which was obviously not the way to go. Hatton probably would have already fought him if he hadn't disrespected him so much.

Witter brings to much risk for very little return. He needs to bring more to the table and take some risks if he really wants that fight with Hatton. He needs to get out there and make the fight irresistible to Hatton.

His constant slagging off and then plodding on with the same low key opponents is getting old and boring.

He needs to go get that fight with Torres or Pauli, make a match up with Hatton universally tasty and irresistible to Hatton. That is how he will get his fight if he desires it soo badly.

What's tired and boring is the argument "Witter needs to prove more first". Utter BS + Hatton knows it.
