Timothy Bradley is largely unknown because he has yet to fight any big names, before the Castillo fight fell through Castillo was expected to win by KO, but Bradley is unbeaten, and is good with body attacks, he looks like a pressure fighter and likes to come foward, but at 5'6 is shorter than Witter and has a shorter reach. He certainly would have never boxed anyone with Witters style before, so if Junior is motivated he wins this one. Bradley would have been out of the ring for nearly a year come fight time which for a 24 y/o boxer is crazy especially for a championship fight, also this will be Bradley's first 12 rounder.
i woudl agree with you on the unbeaten young american thing. but dawson and pavlik came the same way.
I know Bradley is not a known name but he is one of the few guys in the division who have potential. He is better than D-Hop and Lascano.
I'd rate Peterson, Alexander and Ortiz as better prospects. Bradley will be as good as Malignaggi/Ngoudjo though.
Good news for boxing fans, thats Witter v Bradley, Froch v Inkin & Murray v Fewkes on the same ITV bill. :thumbsup
Yep, good news for us boxing fans. It has now been officially confirmed by ITV and Hennessy Sports (article is on the main page of ESB site) that Witter v Bradley and Froch v Inkin fights will be on ITV1 and the undercard on ITV4.
No doubt its 3 excellent fights. I just hope Witter can KO this Bradley guy and then get a Unification fight with Torres. If that all comes off and Witter unifies then Hatton will be under huge pressure to take the Witter fight, this Mayweather rematch talk is making me laugh frankly.
