Seen a lot of this bandied about on the web. I don't think frankie is ready for a shot witter yet and I think witter could steal it over 12. Depends which frankie shows up I guess.

Who do you think would take it?

    Gavin.

Witter is totally shot. Watching him fall to the ground every 30 seconds on his way to losing to Victor Lupo (who is he, really?) is enough to clarify to me that Witter is well beyond his best years, and would lose to just about any half decent fighter he faces. Gavin would win with ease IMO.

gavin is great when he's on song but he's also had a few fights where he's looked very beatable, curtis was close. If the best of shot witter gets the worst gavin it could be a big upset.

Shot fighters don't really have a 'best', hence the term. Their abilities are completely shot. This is especially true with a style like Witter's as well, once its gone its not coming back.

100% spot on. The only thing I'd add is that it would be scrappy as **** with Witter falling about the ring

  9. Gavin wins every second of every round. Very good fight for Gavin...would put a former world champion on his record..

Gavin has all the talent in the world. I saw an interview with him earlier on and he said something like "i'm not boxing well but i'm still winning fights" it strikes true really, he's looked off in his last couple of fights but he's barely losing rounds.

That being said, witter is a great stepping stone for franky.

By the end of next year he needs to have cleaned up domestically, picked up the euro belt and be banging on the door of a title shot.

Yeah. Winnable fight, good name on the record and good exposure to get Gavins name "out there" a bit.
