I dunno, I still like to think of 'P4P' in the old school way: As a non Heayvweight statement.

Having Vlad, or any HW on this list, defeats the purpose.

For me, no. But again, that's based on how I've always somewhat used the term (see definition #1 below):

    I really disagree.

Wlad is a monster at heavyweight

but without his size advantage he wouldn't be THAT guy

so in a pound for pound sense hes not THAT guy to me

Bah. Wlad's score cards are more dominat than anyone else's, including Floyd's.

Boxing is the art of hitting without being hit to some. Wlad is the king here. If size alone is all that mattered Valuev would be undefeated.

If you are undefeated for 10 years not ducking anyone and winning just about every round and KOing just about all your opponents then there is no reason a Heavyweight can't be in the top 3 P4P. How many total rounds has Wlad lost the last 10 years? 10 or so? :think

He has dominated his division for a long time so this isn't surprising.

Maybe even less... Almost all of the rounds he lost were against Peter, rd 12 to Haye as well. That's all I can think off the top of my head, might be able to throw Thompson a round or so.
