Wlad and Floyd have a similar fighting style in one aspect...

Their (keeping them at bay punches) jab and straight are used in a similar style. Both use it to evade.
When slightly vunerable, both of them have the same tactic. To defend themselves. Wlad moves into his opponent and relies on the clinch. Where as Floyd throws his punch and then looks to run away from them. Do you think that Wlad would have adopted this routine if he was a few weight classes lower? Since Floyd started to move up you saw more clinches.

I would like to say that I think Wlad is criminally under rated on here and how the heavyweight champ of the world for a ridiculously long time is not 'P4P No1' blows my mind.

So I guess the question is:

Would you rather see a wrestling match or a game of duck duck goose?

I think Wlads first few losses make people criminally under rate him.

I think they're irrelevant kind of nowadays, cause they're unable to be replicated.

:lol::lol: floyd clinched like 50-70 times against Pacquiao, barely clinched against Canelo. Wlad clinched like 200 times against Povetkin, yeah they're not that far off.

And that's if you count every tie-up a Floyd clinch too...

Defensively they are very different, but offvensively, they are similar. Wlad and Floyd, since moving up in weight, are straight line offensive fighters who predominantly use the jab to keep distance and throw the straight right and occasional lead left hook.

Its difficult to defend the guy who is nicknamed 'Money'. Who is seen burning notes and throwing them at strippers. (Not in that order, although i'd like to see it.) You cant argue 'bought-off' on Floyd side cos he has all the money :p :good
And remind me, when was the last time he fought out of MGM? Let alone Las Vegas?

floyd probes his jab to open opponents up (my personal fav is the annoying jab leaves it at their face with his reach, quikly slips it an pokes the body then goes straight back up to annoying them with it upstairs, after a few times he has found his opening he fakes bringing the jab downstairs pretty much puts nothing on it and comes over the top with the right hand chopping at the side of the head)

floyd barely uses the jab unless its to the body otherwise

Yes, but one guy is much bigger. Relative to each other, considering Floyd is 100 lbs lighter, they clinch about the same.

He never clinched that much except in the Povetkin fight. In fact, in average he clinches less times per match than Floyd does :deal

BULL****, Floyd doesn't even clinch that much, it was just in the 2nd Maidana fight that he over did it but even when he over did it he didn't do it 1/1000000 as much as Klitschko averages. Fk outta here.

Ellerbe you are like Dino always wrong in prediction and Klitschko ruin your life with his wins.
You dont have life, you only have hate.
Buts its fun you are angry like mad at Klitschko, because he is the best and you can`t do a **** for it.
Klitschko have 67 matches and have only few matches with more then normal clinches for the HW.
And some of this matches was because of his opponent tactics to charge with head at Klitschko. And if referee was warn them there is noit going to be so many clinches.
