There is a thread about a H2h ATG HW tournament in which Lewis and Wlad haters are swinging the poll results creating alts and voting and revoting to see The GOAT and the #3-4 top ATG HW taken out by Holmes and Foreman. The same Holmes, once my favorite fighter, who was thoroughly whipped by 15 novice Witherspoon and had close fights with 175lbr with 0 power and who was stopped by 1 punch from a real HW in Spinks. Wlad would KO Spinks with every jab he landed, and Holmes repeated hit him and couldnt get him outta there. Holmes claim to fame was beating a 50% Ali and Trevor F/N Berbick. Come ppl.....Wlad woulda laid waste to Witherspoon, Spinks, 38 yo Ali and neverwas Berbick.:rofl:rofl:rofl Theyre doing the same to Lewis claiming the 63 220lb Foreman was something Lewis never seen and he'd be starched. Louis beats Vitali Holmes beats Wladimir Foreman beats Lennox I'm surprised the poll results are close for two of them, as I suspected ESB'ers to vote the Klitschko's and Lennox into the final 4 regardless of who they fought. People be sad because everyone likes to think they are seeing something truly historic and special in their time. "And how could black and white footage fighters possibly compete with the champions of MY time that I saw and cheered for???" People say that those who favor the 'old timers' are the nostalgic ones. Ironically, it is exactly the opposite.
Spinks was an ATG and blasted the **** out of Jerry Cooney. Wlad beat nobody better than Cooney but lost to guys worse than him. Wlad couldn't lay a jab on Haye. How does he knock out Spinks with a jab who was more elluisive and had better defence than Haye, not to mention better skills ,better stamina and better workrate. Spinks would be a very hard fight for Wlad. A touch of the jinx and its all over for him.
