For Wlad its imo Byrd Haye and Povetkin, honourable mention to the schulz win, yes Axel schulz, who d been robbed both vs botha and Foreman, and who should really have been considered the legit champ at the time hadnt it been for those robberies and then Wlad annihilated him. Wlad also additionally has a big number of decent to alright wins, too many to mention. Pulev is amongst these and might yet even come to count as a big win in future as I think and hope he will go on to leave a mark on the division even after Wlad has retired.

For Vitali its Sanders, Peter and Hide. As to the latter fight, shouldnt forget Vitali was yet unproven on international turf when he took on the dancing destroyer in his own backyard in Ingerlund and got him out of there in 2 rounds.

Vitali's most notable showing imo was the defeat against LL, wait, no I'm not wanting to start the old fuss again, just saying he was on par or even better until an injury stopped him. Since this is about wins only though the fight can not count in, but imo it will remain in the memory of people as THE great vitali showing in a bout of megafight profile.

Without reading a single post in the thread yet, in my opinion:

Povetkin, Ibragimov, and Haye would be Wladimir's top 3.

Sanders, Peter (Vits came back after nearly 4 years off), and Kirk Johnson would be Vitali's top 3.

EDIT: made a note about Vitali's layoff/return to snatch the WBC belt from Peter.

I wouldn't call him "clearly faded" though he was past his prime, indeed. Boxers making a break for a year is not that unusual.

Schulz was also special in that he had a claim to being the true champ at heavy for actually beating foreman. PLus he was known for his iron chin, the fight where he got floored for the first time prior to the wlad fight notwithstanding., Wlad destroyed him. I find that more outstanding than beating contenders like Barrett and Brock.
