    Well, it makes the Heavyweight picture less cloudy by getting rid of one of the contenders and gives us a Ring Magazine Champion which we have not had since 2005.

    Yeah, not since his brother Vitali have we had a ring Magazine champ. I personally would rather see him face Haye, it will be a more exciting fight and it will be the first time Wlad ever stepped into the ring with someone who is just as talented as he is.

    Wlad vs Chagaev ???? :lol::lol::lol:
    My God, what else are we gonna see? :rofl For unification ???? And what if tomorrow the WBA strips Chagaev? Don't forget that until tomorrow when the WBA will decide , we still have 2 champions . As a matter of fact according to WBA ,Valuev is the reigning champion. And how can Chagaev be healthy enough to fight Wlad and not healthy enough to fight Valuev ???
    This whole thing is a joke!!

    Wladimir should go for Chagaev and unify and become the Ring Magazine champion.

    chag holds half a belt, hasnt fought anyone but bums like skelton and some other stiff who `s name escapes me, how this can be worthy of the ring belt is laughable. The fact is that vitali held the ring when he retired so he should still hold it along with his WBC title. As long as Vitali is active Wlad wont ever be THE MAN.

    Haye has a better chin than wlad does. Stop trying to build up Chagaev he ****ing sucks. No his chin is no better than haye. And also Chagaev cuts to damn easy.

    Great post! These nuthuggers always try to build up these euro stiffs and to be Honest Chagaev sucks. Just look at peter who had wlad bouncing all over the ring and the man sucks. Chagaev is worse than peter and the nuthuggers claims Chagaev is a top three heavy.

    and who's gonna give Wlad some credit if he wins against recently injured Haye? It smells like some kind of insurance for fans and boxing organizations...

    agree, but again - not now. Haye stated he's injured, so please - step back, forget abot a bout, leave Wlad to do whatever he want to do, concentrate on recovering. and then, when feel 100% ready - step in again, maybe after passing some eliminator.

    and now this is all absurd. "I hurt my back. I need 3 more weeks to try to get back to trainings. then if everything would be ok - i'd like to fight with the champion". that is not how it shoul be done.

    There's no gaurantee that Haye would be ready in 3 or 4 weeks anyway.

    Well, if Wlad gives Haye 3 weeks to recover their are no excuses to be made IMO.

    Haye/Wlad is the biggest fight that can be made in the heavyweight divsion right now, I mean look at all the attention this fight is getting. Half of the top threads are about Haye and Wlad. The Heavyweight division needs all the publicity it can get at this point.
