Wlad - Chambers on PPV, NO HBO, NO ESPN

I heard a RUMOR that OScar and Schaffer Brokered a deal with HBO when oscar first formed GBP to get a certin number of dates for himself. HBO of coursed agreed as OScar contract ended with them when he severed ties with Top rank. of course hbo bent over back wards for DLh fearing he would pull a tyson and go showtime. B4 the PBF fight i heared they renwed that contract with more dates and a longer time line something like 5 years. Dibella was talking about in an interview as well once

I doubt it........... HBO ain't that lame or dumb............... Eddie Chambers is an American fighter but, truth is, he is not even a household name in his own house.... How's HBO gonna sell this fight to the USA public?

But this is not Chambers fault. HBO should have shown Chambers vs. Dimitrenko and Chambers would be well known. He showed a great performance against Dimitrenko. It is HBO bad politics to not support american fighters. Same with Toney Thompson. He knocks out Luan Krasniqi in germany in 5 rounds!! And nobody in the US saw it.

HBO shows the fight with Wlad and some wonders why Wlad had some difficulties. If people could have seen Thompson vs. Krasniqi, they would imagine why.

 

HBO showed Arreola/Minto fight! They should show Vlad's fight.

 

Arreola/Minto was bound to be an exciting bout mind, you can see why they televised that one.

Let's hope Wlad/Chambers delivers the action that would prove them wrong to pass up on it.

No, they fill arena's and soccer stadiums...and they have had TV broadcast agreements with HBO and RTL for years.

Doivit had to give 2 for 1 tickets to his unification fight with glass-jaw Maccarinelli cos he couldn't sell out the O2. He didn't even sell out a 10000 seat arena for his big heavyweight title fight with Valuev. He fought on Setanta that went belly up. He couldn't even secure a stadium for his fight with Klitschko, so Wlad had to go out and do it.

Boxing doesn't need more loudmouth Brits that talk **** for over a year, compares himself to Ali, Marciano and Louis just to ***** out of 2 title-fights against the 2 best heavies out there to fight the weakest champ of the last decade, and then proceeds to run like scared schoolgirl all night and win a gift decision for a paper belt.

Once david haye fights the klitschko's (if he ever does), you'll see the end of David Haye.

 

Hey Chef, tell Wlad to approach ABC, NBC, CBS or FOX. If the fight is in Germany, that falls right into the middle of that day here. It would be great to not only have a free fight in the US, but a fight everyone with something as simple as a tv antenna could see. It would also be a great way for Wladimir to finally become a household name in the US. I remember growing up watching boxing on ABC wide world of sports on Saturday afternoons. We don't see that anymore. PR wise, it could be a great move for Wladimir.

Maybe Banks is Sparringspartner from Wlad? Or Walker?

Banks was is for the last fights but i believe Travis Walker would also be a good choice. Good movement and skills.
