Wlad didn't choose Chisora over Haye. Earliest available date was July 2nd...and Wlad didn't want to sit around 10-months between fights, so he wanted an interim (and also said Haye could have an interim). Haye declined.
Boente is only telling half the story. There is obviously more to the situation than he is saying as Sky would not opt to go with Khan Vs (Peterson) over Haye Vs Klit. I imagine other issues forced them to look at July 2nd instead, not just Khan.
:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl Lol, hasnt Vitali chocked that fraud in German restaurant?! I think its safe to say he will never step in the ring with Vitali
Thats just stupid, theres bugger all gap between Wlads interim fight abd the july 2nd date. What if Wlad gets a cut or a slight injury during the fight. Straight away that means the July 2nd date would be a no go. Is Haye just supposed to cross his fingers that it all goes smoothly? Absolutely absurd to think that Haye should be ok with Wlad taking an interim fight before their fight, by doing that Wlad has ruled out any chance of facing Haye until at least the end of the summer if at all now. Wlads 1 only real challenge out there, the fight the whole world wants to see and he ruins it by fighting derek ****ing chisora! Honestly its pathetic!
If Haye had agreed, the WORST CASE SCENARIO for him, is that he would be left with the situation he is in right now: Having to face his mandatory. So why not agree? Doesn't make sense on the part of Haye.
Yeah you already mentioned that in this thread You're a bit dense if you think Haye has no interest in the biggest payday(s) of his life
Straight from Wladimir: "The fight with Haye is not off, the fight is on," Klitschko said, smiling brightly. "We had to get clearance on a date with Sky TV for pay per view in the UK and they we were concerned about conflicting with the upcoming Royal Wedding. So the wedding is set for the end of April and we got clearance on a fight date of July 2, for sure." Wladimir, who turns age 35 on March 25, said he intends to fight another British challenger, lightly-regarded Dereck Chisora, before the tangles with hard-hitting but lantern-jawed Haye. "I will fight Chisora on an April date, in Germany," Klitschko said. "Then we will move foreward with Haye." http://www.examiner.com/boxing-in-n...ut-i-m-fighting-david-haymaker-haye-on-july-2
No doubt Haye goes on a sky PPV in the meantime what a joke, all the next 3 so called title fights are
**** YOU. Ain't nobody wanna see this bull**** fight. You mother ****er....puttin an exclamation point.... SLAP YOURSELF.
If u are gonna blame someone, blame RTL and Sky. Those are the only dates they have. Bs, yes, but, that is just the way it is.
So people are blaming haye for not signing. Ok, Haye takes Wlad's word - signs up. Wlad suffers another injury (he's been injured a few times in recent years, especially with advancing age - not beyond realms of possibility), and postpones the Haye fight - that means Haye will either have to cancel his fight date or find someone else, and it delays the fight further. It's pathetic from Wlad, if he wants a tune-up fine, but don't have it weeks before the fight, Wlad hasn't finished an opponent quickly in a while, and if it goes 7-9 rounds or more - then it's really going to increase the likelihood of some postponement, or perhaps set up an injury excuse if haye does beat Wlad. It's stupid.
