Wlad chooses padded gloves!!

There is a contract both man sign. If Fury was having some demands, about anything, the time was back then, before he sign.

 

There are always at least ways of looking at things. The padded gloves could be fear or respect of Fury's power. I don't think Wlad was shook after watch some of that conference. And Wlad training like a beast, doing things he's never done before? You could look at it as him being shook, or you look at it as the reason he is where he is today. I don't think Wlad is scared at all, he's prepared to win and get down to business.

Wlad tries to be polite and conduct business as a professional.

Then, you've got Fury making a fool of himself...it's awkward, it's uncomfortable. It's like being in a meeting with a client and the rookie salesman next to you does something stupid. It catches you off guard and sometimes you aren't sure what to do.
