in december i think wlad is ranked second by both the wbo and the wba interesting parker is ranked first by the wbo but parker is suppose to face joshua for the ibf mandatory sources from germany saying he will could face ruiz in a wbo interim fight but with ruiz's history of pulling out of fights who knows
Ortiz would be a good fight as he looks to be the goods but has yet to fight anyone bar Wlad's leftovers. It'd show us if Ortiz is the real deal and how much Wlad has left.
I thought Ortiz had simply paid a million to Goldenboy and it was all resolved? Personally I don't want a steroid cheat to get a opportunity like this, but he is far better an opponent than Ruiz Jr. Ruiz Jr pulled out of the fight with Fury and another fight earlier this year, I doubt Wlad will want to sign to fight another flight risk like Ruiz Jr.
