that's not even a great ko percentage out of wins about 75% percentage shows he can crack for sure, but it doesnt mean he is a monster puncher, not by any means. Just look at real monster punchers ko percentafges and you could see that.

Boxing is the art of hitting & not getting hit. Newbie boxing fans seem to think a boxing match is like a Toughman competition where both fighters go all out guns blazing...............those fights can be fun but rarely show any skill.

If you had the size & skill of Wladimir you'd be a fool to lower yourself to the skill level of the opponent just to please some supposed fans that quite honestly only want you to fight that way so you lose.

 

i happen to think wlad does have a fragile chin but he has learnt how to protect it and it works for him so as much as i think he is overrated he has found a way to win with as little risk as possible

His chin is glass. So what. He fights a great style that minimizes the weakness in his game so it is NOT holding him back.

Absolutely. He has a good heart, which gets him up off the canvas, but his chin is definitely soft. Any moderately explosive punchers will put him down with a clean shot.

Glass? then he would have been straight up Koed... look he got caught bad by sanders a big puncher and still got up and tried to fight, he punched himself out against the other 2 so why is it glass?

he took legit shots from every wlad haters best friend sam peter... and still out boxed him for a win...

he may not handle pressure well or deal with taking a hard punch as well as some of the slick fighters but his chin isn't glass

 

This sounds like a trolling effort to stir the pot, and one that is obviously written by a current member, but here goes...

Wlad was actually 28 years old against Sanders.. Not 24.... He was a former olympic gold medalist who had over 40 pro fights, which was more than Sanders had.... Corrie was 37 years of age, fighting on average maybe once per year, and had never beaten a world class fighter... Needless to say, he exposed Wlad's chin more than adequately. Wlad may have gassed against Brewster, but in only 5 rounds, and was getting rocked heavily by those shots that Lamon was landing... Again, Brewster was not exactly a fighter of extraordinary proportions.. Wlad was also decked three times by the much smaller Sam Peter and by a few other opponents...

Now, I happen to be a supporter of Klitschko's efforts and feel that he is a vastly improved fighter since those losses.... But, his chin will always be held in question, and the only reason why he hasn't been KO'd or floored recently, is because he hasn't faced a true puncher with good sound technical ability who can land meaningful shot on him, and also that he has chosen to fight a safety-first type of fight against most of his recent foes... should he face a truly good puncher and engage in open war, his chin will fail him again...

That said, I wish him the best... He has taken on all comers, or at least the ones who are willing to face him, and has convincingly beaten them all.... His other fine attributes compensate for some of his durability issues....

but to counter point you...its not exactly as hes been fighting earnie shavers, joe frazier, tyson, foreman....there aint a whole lot of guys who have gotten a shot at him based on knocking guys out cold
