Wlad doesn't have the power to hurt Fury, that's the issue.

Both have ****py chins, so much is for certain.

Their punching power is vastly different though. If feather-fisted Fury lands 5 power punches I see a 50% chance of Wlad being KTFO. If Wlad lands 5 power punches on Fury, I see a 90% chance of Fury being KTFO.

Tyson has a good chin, a fact that seems to have been overlooked following the fight.

Vlad can still hurt him though, or any other fighter to have lived, if he connects properly. He will need to throw more than a 1-2 to catch Fury though.

    :rofl

    THIS

He was aggressive and he gassed and was stopped in the Brewster fight

he went full safe mode and started boxing behind the jab for like 10 years and now people want him to go back to that again. :nut:lol:

For the most part this is exactly what happened. I still think Fury holds his left way to low, but I guess if you don't get hit it doesn't much matter.

This exactly. It was a putrid fight by both men (although obviously more so by Wlad). Any title fight where the winner averages only 7 connects per round of a twelve round distance should almost be declared a no-decision due to lack of action in my opinion. A true insult to the illustrious history of the heavyweight title.

99x out of 100 a 27 year old will beat a old shot 40 year old at any sport.

Ya'll casuals keep overrating power. It's good, sometimes essential but Wlad didn't lose that fight because he lacked power. Like, not at all. Not even sure what fight you watched. His punches failed to connect in the first place, how would have power helped him? This was one of the very few occasions where Wlad fought on the reach disadvantage and he couldn't deal with it at all. He's so one-dimensional, I don't think I have ever seen a P4P boxer being this limited. No hyperbole either. He got one gameplan and that's it.

Wlad is a powerful heavyweight, there isn't a fighter out there he isn't capable of hurting. Fury's win had little to do with power as neither fighter landed many punches of significance.
