his power is decent, but i dont htink he is even top 5 in hw punching power currently he is skilled, but does not have great power...
If he would throw and overhand right with the force and velocity of Lewis, which I think he can, we'd see more one punch ko's.
Very much disagree. Think it was Byrd that said Vlad punches harder than Vitali. Vlad is just so tentative until the mid rounds. Once he gets comfortable and starts shooting out those straight rights(they kind of remind me of comeback Foreman punches) he gets most of his opponents out of there
Love him or hate him, he uses what he has. He discovered that he doesn't have an iron chin and now he mitigates that vulnerability by the way he fights. He could go out there and throw down like Frazier and be really, really exciting for about three rounds before he got knocked out. And be ranked outside the top ten. Or he can fight like he does and be the heavyweight champion. I'm sure economics favor the latter.
