Wlad extends TV contract for 5 fights -- plans to box at least 2 more years

    That's what I've been saying.

    Of course, it's a bit dangerous to do it in this manner. It would have been safer to just squeeze in an extra fight each year like Holmes did against lower comp so he could retire by 40. As is, he's risking two things 1. age bringing about sudden decline and 2 emergence of a superstar in waiting that will be hard to avoid (such as if Joshua continues to look more and more impressive).

    He has accomplished so much and is a real ATG and at least top 10 HW ATG material, in my book even top 5. I want him to be the first HW to get all 4 major belts, as BHOP or Taylor did in middleweight. That's all what's left for him, the only thing what can rise his stock.

    Let the good times roll, I'd love to see him make history and surpass Holmes' and Louis' records. :good

    If I were Wlad, I would have 4 goals right now for fighting:

    1. Beat Fury
    2. Beat Wilder
    3. Beat Louis' mark of 25 consecutive title defenses (Wlad is at 18 now)
    4. Make as much money as a I can

    Wlad is in a great spot. He's still king of the heavyweights and K2 is doing well with Golovkin. Life is good.
