    it was like a middleweight against a light heavy??surly u mean a cruiserweight against a super heavy which is what it was..plus if wlad and vitali only had size then y rnt the likes of..valuev,fields,dimetrenko,ustinov and the other huge bitches in the hw division as good as the klit brothers??boxing is about winning and wlad wins in dominant fashion using his BOXING SKILLS.if you can wrap your head around it then thats your own fault ur a fan of sluggers not boxers...

    To the person comparing Wlad to Lewis, they're nowhere near the same level. Lewis has variety to his game and can fight on the inside. Wlad is limited and stiff, always holds the same stance even when he is inside. Vitali is by far the better of the brothers, I'm a fan of Vitali.

    I think a lot of his fans are more fans of his success rather than being entertained by his fights.

    When he does retire people will not look back on his career and remember any particularly memorable fights they will just see a guy who dominated the heavyweight division for a long period and had a very safety first style.

    I started this thread when I was a bit pissed after watching the Wlad Vs Haye fight for a second time and I stand by most of the sentiment of the initial thread.

    If Haye and Wlad were the same size, Wlad would be toast.
    Constant holding is anti-boxing.


    Jesus the are some sanctimonious bullshitters out there. Do any of you really enjoy watching Wlad box? (let me add that I think he is an utter gentleman and conducts himself as such, respect for that and his many achievements in the ring) Can any of you "sweet science" fakers tell me the second of the Marquis of Queensbury rules? It is Wlads disregard for this rule that makes his fights so boring. His constant refusal to engage doesn't make for good viewing and like it or not Boxing at that level is all about entertainment. Before the bell sounds "it's SHOWTIME!"

    I love boxing since Muhammad Ali, i watch some fights and Ali got a lot of critics in his career. About to much moving, holding, grabing, talking and so on.

    Nice to see how people talk about Ali today.

    i am German and i can guarantee you the Wlad fans here are a bunch of Bandwagoners. They are like Miami Heat fans.

    These guys dont know sh.t about Boxing. All they know are the Klits, if you ask them about Pacquaio or Floyd they look at you like you are a f.cking alien, they probably never heard those names before.

    I am a Klitschko Supporter since 1996. The people yu´re talking about are the same that every famous sportsman has but it´s not the whole of the Klitscko fans.

    Most of the hatered the Klitschkos get is related to rival boxing fans and/or Promoters pets. I have no doubt that for exampke tohps ARENA restards would never say anything positive about the Klitschkos because that would hurt their pride. Same goes with 90% of the Hayehuggers on ESB...

    I am a fan of boxing. I have been for almost 10 years. I also happen to fight myself (as a hobby, not a pro), and I can appreciate Klitschko's total dominance and reluctance to get hit. Incidentally, my fav fighters are Klitschkos, Mayweather, and of the past Pernel Whitaker and Lennox Lewis. I like fighters that take minimal punishment while dismantling their opponents, because to me that is what boxing is all about. 2 men slugging it out is not boxing, that I can see in any bar.
