Wlad Flawless tonight...And New!!

    Everything worked tonight. Wlads jab was right on the mark. The straight right hand landed and hurt chagaev, knocking him down in the second. Wlad controlled the distance against a very game chagaev who really tried to get inside and do something. Wlad was very light on his feet tonight and won the ring championship.

    Wlad didnt lose one rd and made chagaev quit on his stool. Wlad looked almost unbeatable tonight. Congrats wlad!

    i have to say ruslan came forward and was very game. He had a couple rds where he was boxing and moving well. He wasnt nearly as boring as Ibragimov.

    Wlad was just too good defensively tonight against the number 3 guy in the division.

    I still see that the only reason Wlad wins is because no one can reach his ****ing head. Any big puncher he fights has stubs for arms that can only get within a foot to his face.

    Wlad seems to size up and toy with guys till the half way point, but in this case, he did knock him down in rd 2

    Chagaev landed some shots to wlads body througout the fight and he landed a really hard left hook..in about rd 6-7? I had that rd close. Ruslan was also the aggressor that rd and really improved his head movement.

    But, Wlad just looked like a surgeon in there dissecting ruslan. His skill tonigth can be best described as clinical. The best technical fight at heavy since?

    I saw some people boggled as to why Chagaev wasn't trying to get inside... certainly, it wasn't from a lack of trying.

    Had this gone another round Chagaev was getting seriously hurt. Good choice to stop this. Getting hit by Wlad is like getting kicked by a mule over and over again.

    You are exactly right chagaev was very game in the fight. Wlad was turning him as well and looked really light on his feet. This was Wlads best defensive performance at the elite level...well that I have ever seen.

    I know the ESB regulars cant see this because they only like gatti/ward type fights, hey I like gatti ward too, but it is also nice to see the technical ability of wlad.

    Wlad jabbed a guy that was even announced as "In recess" lol. He sure looked it.

    an he got on his bike in the next rd through anxiety of getting hit again. He did get skimmed by a punch and almost fell over trying to run backwards lol out of the way.
